The word “bar”, according to one of the many speculations about its meaning, it’s an acronym for “banco a ristoro”. This is one of the inspirations behind our name; we have set up shop in the premises of the historic Bar Giulia, which has served as a gathering place for decades in Molino del Piano

We don’t want to lose this sense of history: Banco a Ristoro embodies the essence of a place where people can gather, enjoy quality time, where they can dine just outside of Florence and still feel like you’re in a place with a family atmosphere.

A tale of friendship and family

We are a group of friends; among the partners and chefs, we divide the duties between the kitchen and hospitality: our offer is a comprehensive culinary experience. We love to discover and to adapt and we channel these traits by providing a special attention to detail when it comes to the selection of raw ingredients: our menu reflects who we are, whether it’s for breakfast, for lunch, or for drinks. We endeavour to serve what we consider to be the specialities of our region; our family has been Tuscan for generations, and you can feel it in our warm and heartfelt welcome. Spend some time at Banco A Ristoro and you’ll soon discover it’s essentially a family-run restaurant where you can dine near Florence – something we take great pride in. Veliki izbor hrane na jelovniku nas je oduševio tako da smo probali i ribu i meso i sa sigurnošću mogu reći da je bilo jedno od boljih 👌 Osoblje je bilo jako uslužno, jednostavno i simpatično

Pasta sa ribljim dodacima jako kremozna i ukusna. Pedoči ukusni sa gustim umakom. Sladoled kremast i ukusan Usluga jako domaćinska i sa puno savjeta oko izbora hrane.

Ovaj restoran je raj za sve ljubitelje veganske i vegetarijanske ishrane. Nude fantastičan izbor ukusnih jela napravljenih isključivo od svježeg i organskog povrća. Bilo da ste veganski burger ili salate sa raznolikim kombinacijama svježeg povrća, ovde ćete pronaći obrok koji će zadovoljiti i vaše ukuse i dijetalne potrebe. Preporučujem njihov veganski burger koji je iznenađujuće ukusan i zadovoljavajuće hranljiv.

Stejk je bio prva liga, brza priprema hrane te profesionalna usluga. Prostor lijepo ureden, domaca atmosfera. Ovo je vec drugi posjet ovom restoranu, odusevio me.
